ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
The Boston Bar Venture Capital and Private Equity Conference is an opportunity for members of Boston’s legal and business communities to gather for networking and discussions around key topics and trends at the intersection of capital investments and the law.
This half-day conference will cover a range of topics including cryptocurrency, trends in private capital formation, IPO and exit strategies for PE and VC companies, how outside counsel can bring value to a deal, and more.
Panelists will offer insights into challenges and opportunities ahead within the current fundraising environment and discuss best practices for attorneys to employ in their practice.
Jeff Bussgang is a venture capitalist, entrepreneur and professor at Harvard Business School (HBS). His venture capital firm, Flybridge Capital Partners, has made investments in over 100 technology-focused startups since inception fifteen years ago and over $600 million under management.
